I'm looking for someone to live here for a limited period of three months starting May 15th! This convenient property is a single bus ride to downtown and UBC, with a supermarket nearby.

・10 minutes by bus to Langara College from the bus stop in front of the house
・20 minutes by bus to UBC from the bus stop in front of the house
・30 minutes by bus to downtown from the bus stop, a 1-minute walk away
・1 minute on foot to the supermarket
・10 minutes on foot to the center of Kerrisdale (with restaurants, drugstores, cafe)

Property Details:

Rent: $750/month (includes Wi-Fi, utilities, etc.) Negotiable price , such as daily payments.

現在バンクーバーでフルタイムワーカーとして働いている日本人（30）です。現在彼女と一緒に住んでいるのですが、安定して住める所を探しており、もう自分達でコンドを契約したいなと思っております。

現在ダウンタウン周辺の2bed room 2 bathのコンドにアプライしたいと考えておりまして恐らく予算は1人あたり$950-1000程になると思います。なのでキッチンスペースのみのシェアになると思います。

長期の契約を考えていますので半年または1年以上住んで頂ける方が理想的です。
