I'm looking for someone to live here for a limited period of three months starting May 15th! This convenient property is a single bus ride to downtown and UBC, with a supermarket nearby.
Location:
・10 minutes by bus to Langara College from the bus stop in front of the house
・20 minutes by bus to UBC from the bus stop in front of the house
・30 minutes by bus to downtown from the bus stop, a 1-minute walk away
・1 minute on foot to the supermarket
・10 minutes on foot to the center of Kerrisdale (with restaurants, drugstores, cafe)
Property Details:
Rent: $750/month (includes Wi-Fi, utilities, etc.) Negotiable price , such as daily payments.

Kitchenware and rice cooker included.
Washing machine and dryer are provided.
Move-in period: May 15 - negotiable (end of July or August 10, depending on the room 🙇 )
