We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature and quiet, female roommate to rent a most beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, private house located between Kits Beach and Jericho Beach. The house is right across from the ocean and has amazing views.

Our room would be the ultimate location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time.

Transportation options are varied going west to the University of BC (20 minutes by bus) and downtown (25 minutes via line 4 or 7.

Our neighborhood is very safe and is located close to all the wonderful Westside beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features are a very large walk-in closet, a separate door to the outside, and proximity to the warm bathroom. Rent includes all utilities, and super fast internet.

Please email us your questions and tell us a little about yourself including your main necessities for a room share rental in Kitsilano. The room is currently available starting anytime is now or May 1.

日本行きのチケットを購入しようと思っています。
いつもはエアカナダのサイトで購入しているのですが、希望の出発日や旅行期間だと2700ドル以上していて、たまたまGoogle Flight で検索したら、エアカナダとコードシェアしている他の航空会社を利用して1700ドルぐらいで出ていました。
そこから各トラベルサイトへ行って購入しようしたのですが、トラベルサイトでは座席指定料金がかかるようで１フライトにつき90ドル〜なので往復4フライトで400ドルぐらい追加料金がかかってしまいます（泣）ところがトラベルサイトによっては座席指定の画面で座席を選ばなくても購入完了できて、支払い画面が出てくるところもあるのですが、この場合、座席指定しなくても（もちろん座席はどこでもいいので）問題なく搭乗できるのでしょうか？
トラベルサイトで購入するのは初めてなのでシステムがよくわかりません。
他にもトラベルサイトを利用されている方や、おすすめのトラベルサイトがあれば教えていただけると嬉しいです。よろしくお願いします。

サンセットビーチ目の前、イングリッシュベイにも近いです。ロケーションがとても良く、近いスーパーSAVEWAYはDavieストリートで7分くらいです。コミニュティーセンター、図書館、スタンレーパークからも近いです。
部屋に鍵はないですが、カーテンで仕切っているのでプライベートは問題ないです。部屋からビーチや夜景も楽しめます。ルームメイトのメイさんは女性のみルームメイトを探しています。とても親切な方です。

Expo線Science World 駅から徒歩5分のコンドミニアムです。
5月〜7月24日の約2ヶ月半入居できる方を探しています。
