I am looking for a responsible female tenant who is clean / quiet / only do light cooking to share the space with. These qualities are very important to me. I like to be pretty low key at home and I prefer the tenant not to have friends over unless it's to meet up before going out. The house is close by Swan Lake in a quiet neighborhood. About 5 mins walk to bus stops that can take you to Uvic, uptown and downtown. The bus that takes you to the ferry terminal is also about 5 mins walk away. The location is very convenient. It is about 10 mins walk to Thrifty Foods/Walmart/Save on Foods or take the bus to Fairway Market. There is street parking if you have a car.

The room is furnished: double size bed, desk, chair, built-in closet.
No overnight guests/drugs/smoking/pets/parties please.
Rent is $900/month incl. utilities and internet.

デポジットは家賃の半額＄４50です。
家自体は築１０年もたっていないので綺麗です。

近くに公園やSwanlake, Lochside regional trail, Christmas hill などがあります。

交通

最寄りのバス停（徒歩10分以内）からはアップタウン、UVIC、ダウンタウン、フェリーまで直で行けます。
最寄りのスーパー（Thrifty food)までは徒歩１０分ほどで行けます。


できれば長期滞在できる日本人の入居者を募集しています。（相談可）
他の入居者（女性オーナー）は働いているので基本的な家のルールを守れる方でお願いします。

私はコストコの上のコンドミニアムに住んでいます！
この度6月以降にデンが空くのでVancouverを出る前にカナダを満喫したいワーホリやポスグラなどのVISAの方の荷物預かり場にしようと思っています！
6月以降ならいつでも可能です！
日割りで1日15〜25$で考えています。
荷物の量と日にち次第で値段を調整しようと思っています。
立地もいいですしなんなら空港に荷物を運ぶお手伝いなども手が空いていたらしたいと思っています！
荷物を置くだけなのにわざわざ高い家賃を払う必要はないと思います！

The suite includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, office room, living room, kitchen with appliances, storage crawl space attached to the suite & a small outdoor seating garden.
The house is centrally located on Cook st, intersection of Cook/Hillside. Close to Jubilee hospital, downtown, on bus route to Camosun & UVic.
Wifi & all utilities included (including hydro & hot water). Coin operated laundry shared with other suites.
City parking is available when you update your address with ICBC.
No smoking/no pets
He is caring landlord he always check out everything ok, keep clean everywhere.
