インターネット、光熱費 全て込みのお値段になります。オーナー家族が上の階に住んでいますが、玄関も別です。キッチン、シャワールームはルームメイト2人でシェア。部屋には、シングルベッドと机／椅子がセットされます。ランドリーのみオーナー家族とシェア。犬がいます。
喫煙,パーティーは禁止です。友達の宿泊は要相談です。
