We’re actively seeking a friendly, respectful, and clean roommate to join us in our bright and cozy 3-bedroom home in the heart of Fernwood. We're particularly interested in students or working professionals who appreciate a relaxed, balanced living environment.

**About Us**
We are two dedicated working professionals who maintain busy schedules, with a mutual appreciation for a tidy, organized home.
- **Roommate 1:** A full-time mental health professional and part-time Master's student.
- **Roommate 2:** An operations manager at a school.

When we’re not immersed in work, we love getting outdoors, staying active, or winding down at home with a delicious meal or a good show. We believe in the importance of communication and respect within our shared spaces.

**About the Space**
**Location:** The vibrant, walkable Fernwood neighborhood offers easy access to cafes, parks, grocery stores, and reliable transit.

**The House:** Enjoy a spacious shared kitchen, a welcoming living room, in-suite laundry, ample storage, and a front yard.

**The Room:** A comfortable bedroom on the bottom level with a large window that fills the space with natural light.

**What We're Looking For**
We’re looking for a female roommate who:
- Is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces.

ルームメイト
• イラン人と日本人のUVic在学生（どちらもコンピューターサイエンス専攻）
• どちらも男性で、静かで落ち着いた方々です

家賃と条件
• 家賃：月額 900ドル（元の家賃1,100ドルのうち、200ドルを私が負担します。）
• 理由：私物を少し部屋の物置き棚に置かせていただくため、家賃の一部を負担します
• 料金に含まれるもの：ユーティリティ、Wi-Fi

部屋の詳細
• プライベートバスルーム付き
• 生活用品完備（ハンガー、箸、皿など）
• 消耗品（シャンプー、ボディーソープなど）は各自ご用意ください
• 家賃支払いと管理：Staybleというエージェントを通して行います
• オーナーはビクトリア在住で、別の場所に住んでおります

滞在期間
• 2025年の8月31にまでの間ならいつでも

・Blanshard St.とView St.の交差するところにあるコンドミニアム（マンション）のシェアハウス！！！（Bay Centreまで徒歩ですぐ！でもすごく静かです！）
・２月２８日入居可能！
・入居可能日よりも前からの入居先をお探しの方には、その間のつなぎの部屋（ダウンタウンまで一本のバスで１５分ほどのところ）もご用意させていただけます。
・部屋には暖房調節器、クローゼット、ベッド、机、などが備わっていますし、ドアには鍵が付いています。
・日当たりも最高です。
・新しいフローリング、ペンキ塗り替えなどのリノベーション済み！
・キッチンには必要なもの一式そろっています。
・洗濯機＆乾燥機は家の中に備わっています。
・ダウンタウンですのでバス代（月々のバス定期券＄８５）が不要！
・家賃＄８８０/month（下記のように考えると安く考えることができます）
＊＊ダウンタウンが主に生活圏の場合は、バス定期券代（月＄８５）が不要ですので、ダウンタウン以外に住む場合には必ず必要になるバス代＄８５を引き算して考えると非常にリーズナブルです（＄８８０－＄８５＝＄７９５）。郊外に＄７９５で部屋を借りるのと同じことです＊＊
・ご入居される月は日割りにさせていただきます。翌月からは月極で＄８８０
・電気、水道、光熱費、インターネットアクセスなど全て込み。
・全３部屋がそれぞれ賃貸用ですので、入居者数も３人だけですし、３人だけでキッチンとバスルームをシェア（もちろん各部屋は完全に別々の個室）。そのうちの一部屋に空きが出ます。
・禁煙、ペット不可。
・女性のみ。
・コンドミニアム（マンション）なのでセキュリティーもしっかりしています。
・あまり評判の良くないコンドミニアム（マンション）が近くにあるそうですが、ここはその物件ではないのでご安心ください。
・引越しも車でお手伝いします。
