＃11 （UVic and Down town) のバス停まで徒歩数分、UVicまでバスで５分、ダウンタウンまでバスで1本、UVic Exchangeでいろいろなバスにアクセスできます。近くのCadboro Bay Villageで買い物もできます。海が近く、散歩や楽しめる自然豊かな環境です。ご近所もいい方々です。

お部屋は天井も高く、窓が大きく、明るく、清潔です。ベッド、机、タンスや収納等あります。オープンレイアウトの広々としたキッチン、ダイニング、リビングです。バスルーム、キッチン、ランドリーはシェアです。全体的にゆったりとした間取りなので、心地よく過ごせると思います。

家賃はお部屋によりますが、月＄880~+光熱費 もしくは、月＄925~+光熱費。Wifi込。デポジットは家賃の半額。

フルタイムの学生、もしくは、フルタイムの仕事をされている女性の方を希望します。
