Popular with locals in Yellowknife, SUSHI NORTH is looking for a kitchen helper who can work this spring. You can enjoy the Northern Lights from now on.
The Northern Lights are a very nice season that soars in the sky every night until the end of April (many aurora repeaters come in April, and it is the season when you can enjoy the purple aurora), and from May it is a season that is irresistible for fishing lovers with 24-hour bright white nights and nature. You can see the wonderful aurora borealis every night from Accommodation, which is located on a hill where you can feel the impressive aurora borealis. It's a small town in the far north, so let's make friends with the locals through the sushi restaurant!

1. Kitchen helper (minimum 6 months to long-term preferred)

If you are cheerful and energetic, you are welcome! No experience required. Those who have a valid visa such as WH for more than 6 months from employment. Basic spoken and written English is required. It's OK if you're not confident in your English, you will learn more while working. Priority will be given to those who can work for a long time.
Duties Cooking assistance in the
kitchen, helping with preparation! Cashier. I'll teach you how to make sushi rolls (it's fun!).

2. Sushi restaurant management, recruitment of Canadian permanent residents (applications from Japan are also accepted)

店舗業務内容:
・おにぎりの製造補助（ご飯の準備、具材の準備、包装など）
・温かい飲み物・冷たい飲み物の準備

・在庫管理、材料の準備、補充のサポート
・キッチン機器の操作・メンテナンス
・日々の店舗運営のサポート（自動販売機の補充を含む）

マーケットでの業務内容:
・必要な備品を運搬し、ブースの設営・撤収
・お客様への商品説明やおすすめの提案
・POSシステムを使用した現金・カード決済の対応
・販売中の在庫管理・売上記録
・商品ディスプレイの整理・清潔維持
・営業終了後の在庫整理・保管

求める人材:
・学びながら成長する意欲がある方
・経験は不問（キッチンや飲食業経験があれば尚可）
・英語は高いレベルでなくても大丈夫ですが、日本文化について自信を持ってフレンドリーにお客様と会話できることが重要です

I am looking for a job in Banff or Canmore.

I will be moving to Canada on a Working Holiday Visa starting March 5th, 2025, and am seeking a job to start around that time.

I have about six years of experience working at a resort hotel in Japan and six months of experience at a hotel in Australia. With this background, I am confident I can be an immediate asset in housekeeping, laundry, and similar hotel jobs.

Regarding English communication, I have experience working as a front desk staff at a resort hotel in Japan, where more than 50% of the guests were from overseas. As mentioned, I also worked at a hotel in Australia for six months, so I have no problem communicating in English.

Additionally, I visited Canmore and Banff as a tourist for two weeks in September 2023, so I have a general understanding of the atmosphere in the area.
