I am interested in your basement room near Yonge & Sheppard.

My name is Koki, and I am a Japanese student planning to move to Toronto for a working holiday and study.

I would like to ask if it is possible to arrange an online viewing (Zoom or video call).

Also, I am planning to move in around mid-May to early June, depending on availability. Would that timing work for you?

Thank you for reaching out.
The move-in date is available starting June 1st. Currently, there are three people living in the house and there are two bathrooms, so they are shared between two people each.

The house is occupied by young working and the environment is primarily English-speaking, which can be helpful if you’re looking to improve your English.
The ceiling height and window size are both standard.
I would recommend that you come for a viewing after you arrive in Toronto and then make your decision.
