I am writing on behalf of someone currently residing in Japan, who is planning to move to Toronto on a Working Holiday Visa for six months, starting around mid-June (scheduled arrival: June 19).
日本から、6月中旬（6月19日到着予定）にワーキングホリデービザでトロントに渡航予定の知人に代わり、ご連絡させていただいております。

They are looking to move in sometime between mid-June and early July.
6月中旬から7月上旬の間で入居できるお部屋を探しております。

They have been actively searching for accommodation using websites such as http://xn–facebook-e53gvb09aic3d6fx326h.com/ and Kijiji. However, they are having difficulty securing a response or finding a suitable place.
本人は現在、Facebook掲示板やKijijiなどを利用してお部屋探しをしておりますが、なかなか返信が来ず、賃貸探しが難航している状況です。

As they are still in Japan, it is very challenging to finalize housing arrangements remotely. Without confirmed accommodation, they are unable to book their flight or begin their job search.
日本からの遠隔でのやり取りとなるため、住居が決まらないと航空券の手配もできず、仕事探しも進められずに困っております。

Although this may be a bold request, I would be deeply grateful if you could provide any information or recommendations regarding available rooms—especially female-only accommodation.
