子育てが終了し　子供部屋が空いておりますので　2017年から学生さんやワーキングホリデーの方にお貸ししております。

日本人オーナーで安全な住宅街にある新しい家です。
メトロというスーパーまで徒歩10 分、ショッパーズドラッグマートと図書館へは近く徒歩3分です。54番のあるバス停まで徒歩3分。
エグリントン駅やノースヨーク駅あたりの職場の場合通勤しやすいです。ちなみに　ダウンタウンのユニオン駅までは　１時間は　かかりますが　昨年はダウンタウンの学校まで通学している学生さんが何人か住んでいました。現在　3人のワーキング　ホリデーの方がいます。禁煙です。
門限はありませんが　　安全を確保するために　お友達は呼べませんのでよろしくお願いします。

トロントダウンタウン、ハイパーク近くの家の入居者募集中です！10月12日から空く予定ですが早めることも可能です！
