エネルギッシュで、忙しい時間帯でも笑顔を絶やさず、ホリデーのワクワク感を一緒に楽しめる方を大募集！ いよいよ待ちに待った冬のシーズンがやってきます。バンクーバー近郊（ローワーメインランド）で開催される主要なクリスマスマーケットへの出店に伴い、チームを拡大することになりました！ 温かいコンフォートフードやフェスティバルの人気メニューを提供する、情熱的でタフなキッチン＆カウンターヘルパーを募集しています。
仕込みや調理ラインを担当するときも、防寒着で身を包んだお客様をお迎えするときも、温かさとスピード感、そしてホリデーらしい明るい接客ができる方からのご応募をお待ちしています！
業務内容（The Role）
大盛況のマーケットブースや移動販売（フードトラック）店舗での、スピード感と活気に満ちた今期限定の季節限定ポジションです。冬のイベントの活気溢れる中心地で、お腹を空かせた来場者に美味しい料理と温かいエネルギーを届けていただきます。
主な業務内容：
• 仕込み・調理ライン補助: ピーク時の混雑に対応するため、迅速な仕込みとスピーディーな調理・提供を行います。
• 接客サービス: ホリデー精神溢れる明るく親しみやすい笑顔で、最高のおもてなしを提供します。
• 柔軟な対応力: スピーディーに変化する屋外・室内イベント環境でも、冷静かつ柔軟に対応します。
• 体力仕事・重量物の持ち運び: シフト中の立ち作業、約23kg（50 lbs）程度の荷物の持ち運び、冬場の屋外/屋内環境での業務に対応できる体力を要します。
• 店舗維持・清掃: ワークスペースを清潔・整理整頓された状態に保ち、食品衛生プロトコルを徹底して在庫管理を行います。
求める人物像（What We’re Looking For）
• 経験: キッチン、飲食サービス、またはスピード感が求められる接客業での経験1年以上（優遇）。
• スキル: 手際が良い仕込み技術があり、繁忙期でもマルチタスクをスムーズにこなせる方。
• 姿勢・信頼性: 時間厳守で責任感があり、防寒対策をして毎シフト前向きに取り組める方。
• 資格: FoodSafe Level 1（食品衛生資格）保持者優遇。
• 移動手段: ローワーメインランド内での移動が可能な方。自家用車など確実な移動手段をお持ちの方は、シフトの自由度が高まるため大歓迎です。
勤務時間・給与（Schedule & Compensation）
• 雇用形態: 季節限定 フルタイム、パートタイム、オンコール（ホリデーマーケット期間中）。
• 勤務時間: 週5〜40時間（ご自身の都合やマーケットのピーク日に合わせて柔軟に対応）。
• シフト: ピーク期間中の平日夕方・夜間、土日祝日に勤務できる方。
• 給与: 経験に応じて決定（競争力のある時給・昇給やパフォーマンスインセンティブあり）。

Are you high-energy, cheerful under pressure, and ready to embrace the holiday magic? We are gearing up for the magical winter season, and we’re expanding our team for the holiday markets! We are looking for passionate, hard-working Kitchen & Counter Helpers to join our fun-loving team as we serve up winter comfort food, festive favorites, and across premier Christmas markets in the Lower Mainland.
If you bring warmth, speed, and holiday cheer to every interaction—whether handling line prep or greeting guests bundled up for festive fun—we want to hear from you.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, high-vibe seasonal position inside our high-volume market booths and mobile food setups. You’ll be right in the heart of the holiday action, keeping up with winter crowds and bringing great food and warm energy to hungry marketgoers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Food Prep & Line Work: Handle quick prep and execute high-speed service on the line during peak market rushes.
• Customer Excellence: Provide friendly, top-tier service with a warm holiday spirit and great personality.
• Adaptability & Troubleshooting: Think fast and stay calm in a vibrant, fast-moving winter event setting.
• Physical Stamina & Heavy Lifting: Comfortably stand for full shifts, lift 50 lbs, and work comfortably in seasonal outdoor/indoor market conditions.
• Setup & Maintenance: Keep the workspace sparkling clean, organized, fully stocked, and compliant with food safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 1 year of kitchen, food service, or fast-paced customer service experience (preferred).
• Skills: Strong prep skills, quick hands, and the ability to multitask gracefully under heavy holiday volume.
• Attitude & Reliability: Punctual, dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to bundle up and bring positive energy every shift.
• Certification: FoodSafe Level 1 is preferred.
• Travel & Access: Flexible travel within the Lower Mainland. Having reliable transportation/your own vehicle is a definite asset for market schedule flexibility.
Schedule & Compensation
• Job Types: Seasonal Full-time, Part-time, and On-Call (throughout the holiday market season).
• Hours: 5 – 40 hours per week (Flexible based on availability and peak market dates).
• Shifts: Afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required during peak market dates.
• Pay: Competitive pay negotiated based on experience, with room for wage increases and performance incentives.
