Ex-Animo Coffee & Bakery is looking for passionate and motivated team members to join our growing bakery in Vancouver!
Unlike many bakeries, we make our pastries from scratch every day, creating high-quality products with originality and care. We deliver our pastries to cafés, restaurants, and event venues throughout the city.
We are also proud to be home to one of Canada's largest coffee roasters, producing and serving our own naturally roasted specialty coffee.
Because we are a production bakery (delivery only), there is no direct customer service. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements
* Able to work full-time (5 days per week)
* Fluent English
* Passionate about learning and improving
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
* Able to work efficiently under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a bakery, as a line cook, or as a prep cook is an asset.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Morning Shift
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No previous baking experience is required.
Our team will provide training, so we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and enjoys working with others.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the pastry team with daily production
* Prepare and bake pastries such as croissants, cronuts, cream puffs, and cruffins
* Work together with the team to maintain quality and efficiency

Night Shift
Pay: $20–23/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 0:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Working overnight allows you to finish your shift in the morning, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, and have the rest of the day to spend with family and friends.
This shift is ideal for people who enjoy baking, cooking, and learning professional pastry techniques.
Main Responsibilities
* Bake, fry, decorate, and finish pastries
* Prepare orders for next-day delivery
* Pack products before the delivery drivers arrive
* Maintain product quality and cleanliness throughout production
