⏰ Work Schedule
🔹 All new hires will start Part-Time before moving to Full-Time.

Full-Time:
● 6–8 hours/day
● 4–5 days/week

Part-Time:
● 6–8 hours/day
● 2–3 days/week

🕒 Shifts scheduled within store hours: 10:00 AM – Midnight
🚍 Please check transit schedule before you apply.

Requirements:
-Must speak, read, and understand English
-Previous serving experience required
-Must obtain Serving It Right

Duties:
-All front restaurant service duties
-Explaining menu items to customers (menu study is required upon hiring)
-Assisting kitchen when not busy


★Kitchen Staff Position
Requirements:
-Cooking experience required
-Must understand English

Duties:
- All Kitchen related Tasks
- Prepping ingredients
- Making Tempura
- Preparing Teriyaki & Entrée dishes
- Making Sushi & Rolls
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning work areas
- Plating food
- Assisting servers when not busy

The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Barback to support our bar team and keep service running smoothly. This is a key position behind the scenes and a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within a serious bar program.

Responsibilities

Keep the bar stocked (ice, glassware, spirits, garnishes)

Maintain cleanliness and organization across bar and prep areas

Support bartenders during service and anticipate needs

Execute opening and closing duties consistently

Uphold standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality

Reliable, punctual, and organized

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Previous bar or kitchen experience required

Strong English communication skills
