JINYA Ramen Bar - Langley (Willowbrook Shopping Centre) is a welcoming and fast-paced dining establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional food and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a positive environment for both our guests and our team.


We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our restaurant staff. Open positions include front-of-house roles (servers, hosts) and back-of-house roles (line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers).

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Front-of-House (Server/Host):**

* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take accurate food and beverage orders
* Deliver meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
* Handle payments and maintain cleanliness of dining areas

**Back-of-House (Kitchen Staff):**

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Assist with inventory and restocking

### **Qualifications**

* Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- All Kitchen related Tasks
- Prepping ingredients
- Making Tempura
- Preparing Teriyaki & Entrée dishes
- Making Sushi & Rolls
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning work areas
- Plating food
- Assisting servers when not busy
