HOW THIS WORKS

I do in-person viewings — you're welcome to bring a friend or family member. Nothing is signed and no money changes hands until you've seen the room yourself. I provide a signed contract and emailed rent receipts every month. We do a written move-in inspection together with photos, so your deposit is protected.

3食付きが基本ですが、食事なしなどの条件についても相談可能です。

徒歩約3分のところにバス停があります。

49番バスを利用すると約6分でLangara-49th Avenue Stationまで行くことができ、そこからCanada Lineを利用できます。

学校への通学やダウンタウン方面への移動にも便利な場所です。
