家の一番下の階（ベースメントなのですが、床は外の地面と同じ高さ）に３部屋あり、通常女性3人でそのフロアをシェアしています。
（上の階にはカナダ人テナントが長期で住んでいます。大家は別の場所に住んでいます。）

10月10日より3部屋を貸し出します。それぞれ一ヶ月の家賃は＄750、＄750、＄790です。セキュリティデポジットは半月分です。（＄790の部屋は専用洗面所付き。）

入口はベースメントの女性3人だけのものです。
キッチンとバスルーム（シャワーのみ）はその3人でシェア。
洗濯機（1回$1.25）と乾燥機（60分$2.00）も、その3人で使用。（両方の機械にコインが必要）
光熱費、ネット代、家電話代など込み。家具生活用品完備。自分のベッドルームは鍵付きです。
テイクオーバーはありません。
バスは頻繁に来ます。二通りのルートでダウンタウンに行くことができ（15分～20分）、反対方向のUBCに通うのにも便利。スーパーが家と同じブロックにあります。スーパーの隣にShoppers Drug MartもOPENします。公園やビーチへもすぐです。家はヘリテージで築100年以上と古いですが、立地は抜群です。
ノーペット、ノンスモーキング。
