Thanks for your interest, I currently have 1 private bedroom available, We are a quiet young Asian couple and are excited to rent our basement space to you!

- Please provide a brief introduction about yourself and how long you plan to stay is appreciated.
- You will be living with other students in the same shared basement unit in your own private room.
- This home located in a very quiet residential area
- The home is very clean.
- Private basement entrance.


Furnished Bedroom Suite:

- A single bed with bedding sets with a blanket, a study desk, desk lamp and a chair. A closet in the room.
- In house with a Washer and Dryer to use.
- Kitchen Stove , microwave and a Fridge to use. Cookware and cutlery, Toaster, Hot water kettle and a Rice cooker will be provided.
- Dining Essentials Set will be provided ( cups, plates, bowls, chopsticks knifes, forks, and spoons etc..)
- Electricity, water, gas, internet, heating and laundry fees are included in the rent.



Location:

Nearest intersection ( 15th Ave & Wright street in Burnaby.)
Bus: nearest bus stop ( 2 Blocks away on 16th Ave and Wright street )



Transportation and local amenities :

- 1 bus stop will take you to the closest sky train station (Lougheed or Edmonds sky train station).
- 1 block away from bus stop
- walking distance to nearby by Safeway grocery store and restaurants such as subway, pizza, pho, Starbucks, High Five chicken and Sushi.



Terms & conditions:

- $850 per month.
- $425 Security deposit
- A minimum 3 months but prefer a longer stay.
