This cozy Private Bedroom is available starting early to mid August. Located in the West End of downtown Vancouver. One of the best locations in the city. Close to English Bay the Sea Wall and Stanley Park. Conveniently located next to a supermarket and a drug store (Safeway/London Drugs). Many restaurants, and cafes all around within a 5 minute walk.

Rent is $1200/month with half a months rent deposit. (includes all utilities and wifi). Has a pool that is open in the Summer and a small but useful gym.

Fairly spacious bedroom compared to most. Queen Bed, Dresser/Drawer, TV screen, Desk/Chair, Coffee Table, Linens, hangers etc.
Ready to just move in.

The shared areas are the Kitchen and Bathroom only. I live and sleep in the converted Living Room.

About You:
