私はこのお家に約2年間住んでおり、8月末で退去するため、オーナーから次の入居者を探してほしいと頼まれ、代理で投稿しています。

お部屋はベースメントですが、オーナーご夫婦が住む上階とは玄関が別になっており、専用の入り口がある完全プライベート空間です。夏は涼しく、冬は暖かく、とても快適に過ごせます。

ご希望に応じてダブルベッド1台へ変更することも可能です。そのため、友達同士2人での入居はもちろん、カップルでの入居にも対応しています。

室内はとても清潔で綺麗に管理されており、家具も揃っているため、すぐに生活を始められます。オーナーご夫婦はとても親切で、私自身2年間安心して快適に暮らすことができました。本当におすすめできるお家です！

Rent: $1,420 per month,
$1,380 per month for a long-term lease (at lease 8 months).
