Room Type: A single bedroom in a basement unit (I prefer cooler spaces).
Sharing: Comfortable sharing a kitchen/bathroom with 1–2 respectful roommates.
Budget: $700 – $900/month , ideally including utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry.
Agreement: Formal BC tenancy agreement required.

A quick heads-up on the neighborhood: Since we are located right in the heart of downtown's entertainment district, the area comes alive on Friday and Saturday nights.
