FIFAW杯が開催されるスタジアムからは、公共交通機関でおよそ３０分！（バスでも電車でも）車では７分の距離です。

サブレットのため以下の料金でお貸しします。

こちらはシェアハウスなので、とても静かなルームメイトが２人とかわいい犬が住んでいます。
デポジットはいりませんので、必要な外泊数をお支払いください。

※犬がおり、吠えることが多いので、条件が厳しい場合はご遠慮ください。
トイプードルで部屋からはほぼ出てきません。

キッチンバスルームはシェアになりますのでご注意ください。

光熱費、Wifi可能

Walking Distance: 18 mins to Commercial-Broadway Station / 15 mins to VCC-Clark Station.

Bus Access: Within 10 mins of the #99, #9, and #22 bus lines.

FIFA World Cup Access: Approximately 30 mins by transit (bus or train) or just 7 mins by car to the stadium!

Pricing
Since this is a sublet, the rates are as follows:

Per Night: $70

1 Week: $450

2 Weeks: $840

3 Weeks: $1150

Important Notes (Please Read)
Shared Spaces: The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other roommates.

Pets: There is a dog on the property that barks frequently. If you are sensitive to noise or dogs, this may not be the best fit for you.
The dog is a Toy Poodle and stays inside room most of the time.

Atmosphere: This is a lived-in shared house, not a professional guest house. Please expect a casual, "homestyle" environment.
