Expo ラインとMilenium ラインどちらにも行くことができ、
ダウンタウンまでは最寄りのバスで３０分程度で行けるとても便利な場所です。

Little Italyというエリアから歩いて５分なので、素敵なカフェやBar、お洋服やさんががたくさん並んでおり、とても素敵な場所です。

お部屋は広く、ベッドはダブルのサイズです。
１バスルーム、４人部屋ですが、トイレがついているお部屋があるので、トイレは３人でシェアです。プライベートルームになります。

洗濯機、乾燥機は時間制限はありません。
洗濯洗剤、台所洗剤、日用品類はこちらで用意しています。

ルームメイトたちは日本人ですが、愉快な仲間たちでみんな仲良くやってます。
ごはんやお酒などもみんなで飲んだり、和気和気藹々としている環境です。

レントに光熱費、Wifi料金は含まれます。
※ただし冬は少し光熱費が上がるため変動します。

宿泊者、Partyの制限、喫煙はお庭ですが、ルールは厳しすぎず、ただし常識の範囲内で過ごせる人を募集しています！

ミニマムステイは、長期の場合は二ヶ月〜です！
