Hello! I have a room available from now until July 12th in my top floor duplex in Mount Pleasant. It is a spacious and quiet 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home in a central and transit-friendly location. The room available is the Master and has a half bath ensuite, so you would only need the main bathroom to shower. About myself, I work as a high school teacher, and am friendly but pretty quiet at home. I like to keep a very tidy, clean, hygienic, and peaceful home so it's a good fit for similar people 🙂 It is also a non-smoking and drug-free home. The cost of includes: a fully furnished room with bedding and room essentials (e.g. bath towels, laundry basket, and more), high speed wifi, utilities, and a TV in the room with Roku & streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Crave).
