Spacious, fully furnished room available in a 4-bedroom home in Burnaby near the Hastings/Brentwood area.
This is the largest room in the house and includes a king-size bed, desk area, good storage, private fridge, private microwave, fast internet, and in-unit laundry.
The home has 2 full bathrooms. This room shares a bathroom with only one other person.
We are 3 current roommates, 2 men and 1 woman, looking for someone clean, respectful, easygoing, and responsible. The house has a friendly cat named Coconut, but she will not go into your room. You just need to be comfortable with a cat in the home.
Rent:
Long-term, 6–12 months: $1,050/month - Deposit: $500
Short-term, under 6 months: $1,200/month -Deposit: $600
Fast internet included. Hydro/gas is divided by 4 people, usually around $20–$50, depending on the season.
