家賃は月 $1,700 です。
現在の契約では、家具、冷蔵庫、洗濯、インターネット、電気、水道、暖房などが含まれていました。

場所は Burnaby の Fulton Ave 周辺です。
静かで落ち着いた住宅エリアです。

私はこの部屋に約1年間住んでいますが、特に大きな問題なく生活できていました。

It is a quiet and calm residential area.

I have lived in this room for about one year, and I did not have any major problems while living here.
