I am looking for someone to move into a comfortable and cozy private room located in downtown starting from June 1st.

The rent is $1,300 per month, with a deposit of $650 but if you willing to stay more the 3 months, $100 discount for the first month. And the building amenities include a BBQ area and a party room.
The rent includes Wi-Fi and utilities, and basic household items such as rice, toilet paper, and other daily necessities are also provided. Additionally, you are free to use the laundry machine and kitchen utensils. It is not female-only place.
