East VanのKingsway沿いにある一軒家の2階の一室を借りてくださる方を募集します。オーナーは別階に住んでいます。

＊月＄680（3か月以上）、月単位＄800 光熱費ネット全込み 契約なしですので月単位OK デポジット＄350 セキュリティ万全
＊女性のみでお願いしてます。家具付き。住宅街で家族が沢山住んでいるエリアです。同じ階には日本人女性2人が住んでいてます。計3人マックスです。
＊バスルームと洗濯機は計2人でシェアですので、余裕をもってご使用頂けます。使用回数無制限。トイレットペーパー、洗剤等は無料
＊掃除無し！オーナーが全箇所掃除しますので掃除当番ストレスフリー
＊冷蔵庫は計2人でシェア。簡易キッチンで食器等あります。軽朝食付き付き。食器はオーナーが洗います。料理好きの方にはお勧めしません。（炒め物はご遠慮頂いてます）
