バス停のすぐ前で、ジョイス駅又はメトロタウン駅までバスで5-6分の静かな住宅街。ジョイス駅からダウンタウンへは約15分。ランガラ・カレッジへもバス一本です。近くにスーパーマーケット、スターバックス、ベーカリー、リカーストア、図書館、コミュニティセンター、スイミングプール等がありとっても便利。

夫婦と20代の娘の3人家族が住む一軒家の一部屋をお貸しします。シェアーハウスでは無いので他のシェアーメイトはいません。バンクーバーにいるのに英語を話す機会がなかなかない、英語を話す環境に身を置きたいけど、少し日本語のサポートもあると心強いなという方に最適。アットホームな雰囲気の中で楽しく英語でおしゃべりしたい人は是非内見に来て下さい。

家賃： $800 光熱費、ランドリー、インターネット込み。（食事付にすることも可能です）

部屋にはクローゼット、引出し付きベッド、勉強机、冷蔵庫が揃っているので、スーツケース一つで入居出来ます。キッチンに備えてある炊飯器、ホームベーカリー、お鍋や食器など自由に使って下さい。テレビルームにはピアノもありこれも自由にお使い頂けます。

Clean, quiet homestay-style room in a family home in Mount Pleasant.

Large furnished private bedroom (bed, closet, dresser) on the lower level of the home.

The lower level has a direct separate entrance, allowing easy access without going through the main living area upstairs. This is especially convenient for someone working late hours (e.g. restaurant or hospitality work) who prefers quiet, independent entry and exit.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry with homeowner family.

Best suited for respectful female student or working holiday visitor from Japan who is comfortable with homestay-style living and shared household routines.

This is a quiet, stable family home environment.

I am Canadian and English is spoken daily in the home
