• There is a table to study, chair, shelves, linens, lamp, closet, and bed in the living room. The living room opens to a balcony.
This is not a shared living room. The living room is intended for 1 person only
• The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, rice maker, pots, etc
• Utilities are included: Hydro and WIFI internet
• The bedroom is used by a couple. We both work.
• This is a great opportunity to practice your English.
• The apartment is located in a great place in downtown. It is close to Denman and Robson Street. It is near Safeway, Shoppers, No frills, restaurants, bus stop, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Joe Fortes Library.
• We are looking for a nice, clean, and tidy female roommate who will stay at the apartment for at least 5-6 months. Longer staying is also possible.
The place on rent is suitable for somebody who studies/works and parties outside.
We are looking for a roommate who is :
• clean and tidy (makes her own bed nicely, keeps the house clean and tidy, doesn't make a mess, etc)
• a student or a worker
• likes to keep the house clean and tidy
• easy going and responsible
