Looking for a tenant who wants to live in a secondary bedroom (セカンドベッドルーム). The apartment is just right upward the New West Skytrain Station (3 metres from Skytrain entrance to condo side entrance). There are a lot of markets (Save on Foods, Safeway, River Market, Shoppers) and restaurants (Korean BBQ, togo sushi, pizza, Chinese restaurants) in the Skytrain shopping mall. CIBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO are all just nearby. It's very convenient to go anywhere. it's about 25-30 mins to go downtown (Waterfront) by one Skytrain only (no need to switch to bus), 10 mins to Metrotown and 3 mins to Douglas College on foot. Also, it's very convenient to ILAC, SELC, SFU and any ESL language school DT.

The rent information: starts anytime
-Prefer one person: $900 monthly + the deposit $450 (deposit will be returned when you move out if there is nothing damaged). Long-term (6 months or longer)
-Private bedroom with living-room bathroom in the 2 beds and 2 baths unit ( You will use the bathroom at most time only by yourself, no roommate shares but guests may use at rarely situation)

Rent Rules:
- No smoking, no drugs or any illegal activity
