The friendly owner is a language school teacher and loves Japanese people and Japanese culture. He lives with his family of four and two dogs. The house is quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one other housemate.
The apartment has a double bed, desk, chair, and closet with plenty of storage space for clothes.
