交通と買い物にはすごく便利です。徒歩数分のところに、スーパーあり。バス停にも近い。また近くに綺麗な公園、テニスコートもあります。環境がよく静かです。２階には日本語ができるカナダ人女性の大家さんが住んでいます、彼女は日本に住んだこともあり相談とかも乗ってくれます。
