The bedroom is a part of a 4BR- 2 Bath high ground floor/basement apartment shared with 3 other young male working professionals in their late 20ties and early 30ties.

There are two full bathrooms, each shared with one person only.

The house is located in a quiet green residential area, minutes to downtown. 5 min walk to Main Str. and 3 min to Broadway - walk to transportation, restaurants, shopping and recreation centers. 20 min walk to downtown. On a direct 99B line to UBC. 3 min walk to VCC-Clark. 15 min walk to Cambie Street. 15 min walk to Langara College.

Spacious kitchen with oak cabinets flows into an open-concept dining/living space. Laundry is right outside the apartment, free. Bike room available.

$880/month/bedroom, inclusive of all utilities (heat, hydro, Telus fibre cable and the fastest wi-fi available; free laundry on site).

The room is suitable for one person only. Two landlord references required.

The house is in a quiet residential area where houses are very close to one another which has led us to request that conditions include no partying, no smoking on the premises, and no pets please. Minimum 6-month lease, 1+ year preferred.
