Hi I'm looking for a person who want to start rent clean and cozy private room in downtown unit from October 1st. There's A/C system in the unit, also there is a BBQ place, Gym and amenity room are in the building and free to use. Rent price will be $1300 per month and damage deposit is $650. WIFI and Utility price are all included in your rent price and there are many kind of house supplies support(eg. rice, toilet paper, paper towel, condiments etc.) so you can save more money from your living expenses.
