The house is located in a quiet green residential area, minutes to downtown. 5 min walk to Main Str. and 3 min to Broadway - walk to transportation, restaurants, shopping and recreation centers. 20 min walk to downtown. On a direct 99B line to UBC. 3 min walk to VCC-Clark. 15 min walk to Cambie Street. 15 min walk to Langara College.

Spacious kitchen with oak cabinets flows into an open-concept dining/living space. Laundry is right outside the apartment, free. Bike room available.
