We are looking for a female roommate to move into a spacious and sunny room. The house is shared with one Canadian male and two Korean females.

Rent: $700/month
Utilities: $50–$60/month on average
Deposit: $400

We are looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.

If you move in during August, rent will be calculated based on your move-in date (prorated).

We are not accepting move-ins after September 2.

The home is quiet and respectful.
A bicycle is also available for use if needed.
