🧺 ランドリー：
家の中に無料の洗濯機・乾燥機あり（コイン不要）
📋 ハウスルール：
オーナーが上階に住んでおり、きちんと管理されています
常に静かで清潔な環境
夜11時以降は静かに
住人全員で簡単な掃除当番あり
禁煙・ペット不可・パーティー禁止
🚌 アクセス：
徒歩すぐにバス停（16番、R5、4番）– バンクーバー中心部やSFUへのアクセス良好

月額 $770（光熱費＋500mbのインターネット込み）

We’re looking for a clean and respectful tenant to move into a furnished private room in a cozy and comfortable shared house!

Current housemates: one from Korea, one from Hong Kong (both friendly and respectful)

Basic cookware, pots and pans included — perfect for home cooking

Free washer and dryer inside the house (no coins needed)
📋 House Rules:
The owner lives upstairs and manages the property well
Always kept quiet and clean
Quiet hours after 11:00 PM
Light cleaning duties shared among tenants
No smoking, no pets, no parties

Just a short walk to bus stops (Routes 16, R5, and 4) — convenient access to downtown Vancouver and SFU
