・家賃: $1,250 (インターネットや電気,水道全て込み)
・デポジット: $625 (家賃の半分)
・シェア: 洗濯機,乾燥機,風呂トイレ
・オウンルーム: クイーンサイズベッド,布団,家具,食器類など生活する上で必要なもの有り
・最低3ヶ月からの契約。以降は月ごとの更新。


----------期間----------
元々同居していた韓国人が戻ってくるまでの間のサブレット的な感覚です。ビザ更新に時間が必要な為最低6ヶ月は保証できると見込んでるそうですが、念の為始めの4ヶ月目以降は月ごとで契約更新したいとの事です。帰国の目処が経つ1ヶ月前までには通知頂けるそうです。

タイ人の女の子とのシェアハウスになるので自宅でも英語を使いたい方にとって理想的環境かと思います。また彼女自身の第二言語も英語なので日本人にとって聞きやすい発音や会話スピードです。
私が出会った友達の中でもトップクラスで人として素敵で素直な良い子です。ルームメイトとの衝突やシェアハウスをする上での懸念点などは、常識をもって接して頂ける方であれば全く問題ないかと思います。
