Hello, my name is Lucy Smith. I am a senior who lives in the Mount Pleasant area (near Main and Broadway street). I am making my home available for one female homestay guest. I have had the pleasure of hosting three people in the past two years. I very much appreciate the kindness of people from Japan. My oldest son is currently living and working in Okayama, Japan.

About my homestay:
The room in my home has recently become available. It has a closet, bed, and computer desk with free internet for you to use. There is a washer and dryer for you to use as well. I can also cook meals for you, lunch or dinner for example. There are many bus stops and a Sky Train station near my home, so transportation is quite easy. The rent is currently at $1000 per month, but I'm usually able to lower it depending on your situation (for example, if you're a student, or if you want to include meals). We can discuss it. :)
