Looking for mature and neat roommate.

I'm a man in 30s.
I’m renting out a bedroom that has a private bathroom.
The room is fully furnished (double bed size bed or queen size bed, desk and chair) or you can bring your own furniture.

This is my family condo but they live out of country.
The location is very very convenient.
It's located right in front of Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
You can walk 3-5minutes to Lansdowne centre(T&T, foodcourt, Homesense, Winners, Bestbuy etc). Walmart and Price lsmart market are 5-10minutes away.
It takes about 10 minutes to Lansdowne station. It's in the middle of Richmond centre(15-20 minutes) and Aberdeen centre(15-20mintues).

- Internet is included.
- BC hydro comes every 2 months. For the purpose of saving electricity, we will pay the bill together(1/2)

- The renter should have a renter's insurance (you can buy it online).

This is a family condo.
You are welcome if you are someone neat, respectful and mature. There will be rules for bringing guest over. I don’t want strangers coming in and out of my home. I don’t want someone too loud at night either.

- No Smoking
- No Pet
- No Noisy

Prefer a Student or office worker.

The apartment/room is available starting April 1
