Hello, we have a private bedrooms available in a gorgeous 8-bedroom shared house. There are 8 bedrooms and 2 kitchens. This room is not for couples, sorry.

Furnished: double size bed, bedding, a table, chairs, etc.

Current housemates: 3 Canadians, 2 Japanese, 2 Indians, 1 American (mixed gender and occupation, average age: around 30)

Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, laundry (washing machine & dryer), and cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.)

- There are two kitchens available for use
- Cleaning duties are assigned to each room by area
- Each room is assigned a cleaning duty by area

- No pet, No smoking
- Be quiet at night
- You can bring friends to the house freely but the friend can only stay up to 6 nights a month since this is a shared house
