 This room is shear one bathroom and kitchen with other 3 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU
*Close to community center

No Pets, No smoking(any kind) No drugs!

住まいには大家さんと息子、日本人女性1人がいます。

【家について】
・家賃$1000/月(光熱費•水道•Wi-Fi込)
・デポジット$500(月家賃の半分)
・最低契約期間1年(以降1ヶ月ごとの更新)

【設備について】
・ベット(枕、シーツ付き)、机、棚、クローゼット、全身鏡付き*2階の南向き窓なので晴れの日は日当たりよいです
・キッチン、バスルームシェア。バスルームは3人でシェアします。
・シャワー、ランドリー利用は常識の範囲内で使用制限なし。
・トイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパー、ハンドソープ、食器用洗剤は大家さんが用意してくれます。調理器具、食器、調味料も自由に使用可能。エアフライヤー、湯沸かしポット、トースター、炊飯器あり。
・床暖房あり。追加でヒーター、扇風機も貸してくれます。

【交通手段】
ダウンタウンまで
＊33バス→King Edward駅からカナダラインで約30分
＊8バス1本で約50分(Main Street-Science World駅でエキスポラインに乗り換えると少し早いです)
最寄りのバス停までは徒歩3分程と便利です。
