I have a very nice and clean and quiet private room available for any time or March 1st
all included are wifi and utilities heating and water, shared with 3 girls,
the room has a single bed and desk and drawer, 20 minutes to downtown,
bus are 3, 8,19,25, 99, and main station skytrain.
good for students or work visas, long-term or short-term is okay,
here is prefer NO overnight guests, Rent for 760 a month
