I am looking for a responsible female tenant who is clean / quiet / only do light cooking to share the space with. These qualities are very important to me. I like to be pretty low key at home and I prefer the tenant not to have friends over unless it's to meet up before going out. The house is close by Swan Lake in a quiet neighborhood. About 5 mins walk to bus stops that can take you to Uvic, uptown and downtown. The bus that takes you to the ferry terminal is also about 5 mins walk away. The location is very convenient. It is about 10 mins walk to Thrifty Foods/Walmart/Save on Foods or take the bus to Fairway Market. There is street parking if you have a car.

The room is furnished: double size bed, desk, chair, built-in closet.
No overnight guests/drugs/smoking/pets/parties please.
Rent is $900/month incl. utilities and internet.

禁煙、ペット不可（アレルギーなので申し訳ございません）
家のシェアになります。（キッチンやランドリー、リビングルームなど）。

デポジットは家賃の半額＄４50です。
家自体は築１０年もたっていないので綺麗です。

近くに公園やSwanlake, Lochside regional trail, Christmas hill などがあります。

交通

最寄りのバス停（徒歩10分以内）からはアップタウン、UVIC、ダウンタウン、フェリーまで直で行けます。
最寄りのスーパー（Thrifty food)までは徒歩１０分ほどで行けます。


できれば長期滞在できる日本人の入居者を募集しています。（相談可）
他の入居者（女性オーナー）は働いているので基本的な家のルールを守れる方でお願いします。

We’re looking a clean and responsible woman to rent a room in a peaceful and clean Japanese shared house.

DETAILS:
-$875/month
-Available July 14 or August 1 or in between
-Laundry is $2 per use (includes both washer and dryer)
-All other costs are included: internet, utilities/electricity/heat
-Also included: furniture (bed/desk/lamp/etc.), bed sheets/blankets, kitchenware (pots/bowls/forks/cups/etc.), microwave, rice cooker, electric water kettle
-Minimum stay 4 months, but longer is preferred
-A security deposit of a 1/2 month’s rent is required (returned if no damage)
-No takeover
-No guests/visitors allowed

-Only 450m (6 minute walk) to Renfrew Station in Zone 1
-Only a 1 minute walk to a major #9, #99, and #N9 bus stop on Broadway
-Google Maps says it takes 19-24 (usually 21) minutes to get to Granville station from the house.

-Walking distance to Superstore and T&T grocery stores, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, banks, restaurants, liquor stores, LaSalle College, and Broadway Tech Centre.
