カナダから日本へ帰国予定の方で、小さな荷物を1点だけ日本まで持って帰っていただける方を探しています。

中身はブランドのバッグチャーム（箱付きの小物）です。

サイズも小さく、スーツケースに入る程度の荷物になります。

ワニ革素材のため郵送だと税関で止まりやすく、
帰国時の手荷物として持ち帰っていただける方を探しています。
商品は新品で、購入レシートや素材表示（CITESラベル）もあります。
もちろん事前に中身を確認していただいて大丈夫です。
日本到着後に国内で着払い発送していただくだけで大丈夫です。

🧹 Premium Accommodation Cleaner / Housekeeper

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented Cleaners / Housekeepers to join our team.

Our company is committed to providing guests with more than just a place to stay.
We aim to deliver a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space where guests can truly relax.

If you take pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

1. Job Responsibilities

General housekeeping duties after guest check-out
(cleaning, organizing, laundry, and basic preparation for the next guest)

Regular maintenance cleaning for assigned units 2–3 times per week

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail

Most units are regularly maintained, so heavy accumulated dirt is uncommon.

2. Working Conditions

Work individually or in a team of 2–3 people, depending on the assigned unit

Hourly wage: $20/hour (3-month probation period)

After successful completion of probation → automatic +$1 increase

Exceptional performance and reliability → possible wage increase within the first month

Additional wage increases may be considered after 6 months based on performance and manager evaluation

3. Work Schedule

Working hours typically between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Exact working time varies depending on unit assignments

Schedule system:

Monthly availability checked at the end of each month

Weekly schedule announced every Friday or Saturday

Candidates available 35–40 hours per week preferred

4. Preferred Qualifications

Military service completed (for male applicants)

Own vehicle & BC Class 5 driver’s license

Ability to handle simple repairs or painting tasks

Experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or similar roles

Someone who enjoys cleaning and organizing

Responsible and interested in long-term employment
