バンクーバー図書館にメディア変換の道具があって写真、ビデオのメディアの違いを変換できるらしい、一度行って聞いてみたら。
ライブラリーカードを持っていたら予約して無料で使えると聞いた。

At the Vancouver Public Library (VPL) Central Branch's Inspiration Lab, you can transfer various analog media into digital formats for free.You can transfer the following physical media:Video: VHS tapes, VHS-C camcorder tapes, 8mm, and MiniDV tapes (NTSC/North American format only).Audio: Audio cassette tapes, Vinyl records (33, 45, and 78 RPM), and Audio CDs.Film & Images: 35mm photo negatives, slides, and photographs (up to 8” x 11”).Reel-to-Reel: Regular 8mm and Super 8mm reel-to-reel film.What you need to know before you go:Cost: The conversion equipment is absolutely free to use with your VPL library card.Storage: You must bring your own external storage device (such as a USB flash drive or portable hard drive) to save and take home your digitized files. USB drives are also available for purchase at the Level 2 Circulation Desk.Real-time Transfer: Digitization happens in real-time. A 2-hour VHS tape or vinyl record will take 2 hours to convert.
