No.1939 カップルokダウンタウン徒歩15分フェアウェイマーケットすぐ by 無回答 from 無回答 2026-02-03 18:15:01 JP ＊値段に変更があり再投稿してます。 3月1日から貸出可能。 一軒家の一番上の階、キッチン、リビングルーム、バスルーム、二つ部屋があるうちの1つの部屋を貸出中です。 ハウスオーナーは仕事でほぼ家を空けているので 彼は1ヶ月のうち1週間ほどしか居ません。 オーナーは英語での会話になりますのでもし日本語がいい場合は私に相談いただければと思います。 1ヶ月滞在から貸出可能で、もしそれ以下の滞在期間については柔軟に対応できると思うのでご相談ください。 一番上の階へのアクセスは外の階段からしかアクセスできないので他の階の人達と会うことはほぼありません。 部屋はほぼ家具なしですが、ベッドといくつかの家具は用意することができます。キッチンにはフライパンなど必要なものは揃っています。 家の外にはバルコニーがあり天気のいい日は外に座ってランチなどを楽しむことができます。 光熱費は全て込みですが、洗濯乾燥は有料で各１回2$になります。 1人で住む場合は1000$/per month、カップルの場合は1200$/per monthになります。 禁煙、ペット禁止、ドラッグ禁止、パーティー禁止 写真や動画、ビデオ通話ご希望の方はご連絡下さい。 1 Bdr in 2bdr suite shared accommodation. I work up North in healthcare & spend 1 week a month at the suite. The place is going to be mostly to yourself. The room is available starting March 1st. The suite comes unfurnished, but I can supply a bed & some other furniture & kitchen equipment. The room has custom curtains made inside the room to cover the glass door to give you complete privacy. There is also a lock/key for the door to the room. The suite includes a kitchen with appliances and a living room. It has skylights & a deck with a view of the city. The house is centrally located near Cook/Hillside. There is a long & steep exterior staircase that will keep you fit. All utilities included. Hydro, heat & wifi. The location is close to the city center, 20 min walk. Bus to UVic/Camosun is 3 min walk. Jubilee hospital is 5 min by car. Coin operated laundry is shared. $2 per cycle. For couples additional $100 to cover utilities. City parking is beside the house as long as you update your address with ICBC. Please tell me a bit about yourself before we arrange a viewing.
