お部屋は3階建て住宅の2階にあり、同じフロアに住む他の2名の方とキッチン・バスルームがシェアになります。現在他のテナントは9割が日本人で、家主も日本語が喋れる方です！

家賃は光熱費・Wi-Fi込みで月額$980で、入居時には最初と最後の月の家賃のお支払いが必要です。
