Our 9-bedroom home features a mix of local and international working professionals. We are a mixed house of 9 men and women, from ages 22-32. We mostly speak English in the home- as many of us are learning English or have previously attended English Language School. Private bed room: fully furnished with a large bed, dresser drawer, plenty of shelving, and a desk chair. The room is located on the 1st floor. Location: Located in Marpole, a quiet neighbourhood, near the Canada Line (in between Langara & 49th Station and Marine Drive Station). Nearby bus transit is roughly a 5 minute walk to the closest bus stop. Approximately 15 minute commute to Oakridge Park. - Large living room on main floor - Large, shared kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware/dining ware - Washer & dryer are free-to-use and onsite. - Free parking is available in the lot, or on the street side. - Spacious front & backyard The home is shared with two very affectionate, indoor cats who are part of the household.
